How To Use:

Tablet/Capsule:

• Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• You can take Nolvadex Tablet 10's with or without food at regular intervals, as prescribed by the doctor.
• Do not crush, chew or break it.
• Your doctor will decide the dosage depending on your medical condition.

Warnings And Precautions:

Before starting Nolvadex Tablet 10's, let your doctor know if:

• You have any medical history of liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, diabetes, history of stroke or blood clot, receiving chemotherapy, and cataracts.
• Nolvadex tablet 10's can affect the unborn baby when used in pregnancy.
• It may also have harmful effects on the breastfed infant when used by a lactating mother.
• If you notice any side effects that are not manageable, please consult your doctor.
• Do not take or stop this medicine if the doctor did not advise you to do so.
