How To Use:

• Step 1 Apply your shade of  Eye Liner to the upper lash line, gliding lightly across from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
• Step 2 Using the built-in sponge tip, lightly blend over the line to smoke eyeliner upwards and outwards.
• Step 3 Retrace eyeliner over the upper lash line to add definition to this smokey look. Then, add mascara to finish.
