The packaging of the product contains 100 pieces of the sterile lancet. The ready-to-use lancet is to be used only once. The One-Touch Delica gives a gentle yet quick puncher. The lancet is designed ergonomically with seven depth settings to suit the comfort of the user. The first setting is shallow, and the depth of the needle increases with each set. Though the lancet is compatible will most lancet launching devices, it works best with the One-Touch Delica launching device.

• Wash hands with mild soap and pat dry

• Remove the cap of the lancet device

• Align the sterile lancet on the lancet device and gently push it. You will hear the sound of a click to ensure that it is attached to the lancet device

• Twist the protective cover for one full turn until it separates from the lancet to reveal the needle

• Replace the cap on the lancet device

• Choose the depth setting as per user comfort. It is recommended to start from the first in case you are using it for the first time

• Hold the lancet device on the side of your finger and click the button to puncher your finger

• Collect the sample and place a sterilized cotton ball to stop bleeding

• To dispose, first remove the cap of the lancet device

• Place the lancet protective cover (removed earlier) on a hard surface. Push the lancet tip into the cupped side of the lancet cover

• To eject the lancet, by pushing the device forward

• Wrap the lancet in a sanitized plastic cover and discard it in a surgical bin

• Choose the appropriate depth setting to ensure user comfort

• Avoid puncher at the same spot multiple times

• Avoid applying unnecessary pressure during puncher or while collecting the sample

• Do not use the puncher on cuts or bruises

• Store the product away from sunlight in a cool, dry place

• Do not use the product after its expiry date

• Keep away from a possible fire

• Discard the used lancet in a surgical bin to promote surgical disposal and recycling

• The surgical device contains a needle. Keep it away from the reach of children to avoid injury
