Infanrix Hexa is a combination vaccine designed to protect infants and children from six serious


diseases:



  • diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, polio, and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) infections.


How to Use:



  • Administration: Infanrix Hexa is administered as an intramuscular injection, typically in the thigh.

  • Dosage: The dosage and timing of vaccinations are determined by your child's healthcare provider, following recommended immunization schedules.

  • Storage: Store Infanrix Hexa in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F). Do not freeze.


Warnings and Precautions:



  • Allergic Reactions: If your child has had a severe allergic reaction to any of the vaccine components, it should not be given.

  • Neurological Conditions: If your child has experienced a neurological condition within 7 days of a previous pertussis-containing vaccine, consult with your doctor before receiving Infanrix Hexa.
