- The stainless steel handle and abrasive pads on both sides make the file hard-wearing and easy to use.
How to use:
- For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe.
- Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file.
- Follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream.
- Clean with warm soapy water and a nail brush. Dab dry with a clean towel. Do not leave immersed in water.
