Product Description:

• Macrolax is an iso-osmotic laxative containing macrogol 3350 and electrolytes (1 sachet contains 6.94g).


• Macrogol 3350 in the intestinal lumen collects a large quantity of water which results softening of fecal mass and stimulating natural peristalsis.


• Macrogol 3350 is not absorbed from the gut and is expelled from the digestive tract unchanged.


• The presence of sodium and potassium salts in macrolax helps to maintain the intestinal electrolyte balance

How To Use:

• Dilute it with water as advised by your doctor.


• Take it by mouth using the measuring cup provided with the pack.


• Shake the bottle well before each use.

Sachet:

• Dissolve the contents of sachet in water as advised by the doctor.

Caution & Warnings:

• Contraindicated in intestinal obstruction or perforation caused by functional or structural disorder of the gut wall, ileus and in patients with severe inflammatory conditions of the intestinal tract (e.g. Ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease and toxic megacolon).
