- Burdock is familiar to many of us as an ingredient in the soft drink ‘Dandelion & Burdock’, which has been a popular beverage since Mediaeval times and also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine.

- It is used in cooking to make Nettle Soups and is available as a herbal tea.
