How To Use:

• The dosage of Biolectra® Magnesium 243 mg forte Effervescent Tablets depends on the severity of the magnesium deficiency. For adolescents and adults, the recommended dose is 1 effervescent tablet one to two times per day (243 to 486 mg magnesium ions).
• For administration, dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink the entire contents.
