How to Use:

• Use 15 ml (1 tablespoonful) of the mouthwash twice daily, i.e., in the morning and at bedtime
  
• Rinse the mouth thoroughly with 15 ml of the mouthwash for 30-60 seconds and then spit it out
  
• Avoid eating or drinking anything for at least 30 minutes after using the mouthwash
  
•  Keep the mouthwash out of reach of children
• Use it after breakfast in the morning and after brushing your teeth in the evening.

Caution & Warnings:

• Do not swallow the mouthwash
  
• Do not use for more than 7 days continuously without consulting a doctor
  
• Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor
  
• Keep out of reach of children
  
• Avoid contact with eyes and ears
  
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
