How To Use:

• Safe to use during pregnancy and children over 5 years of age.


• Can be used two to three times a day.


• For adults, pregnant women and children over 5 years old.


• Fill the bottle with 240ml bottled water.


• Empty one of the sachets into the bottle.


• Gently shake the bottle after sealing it.


• Place the opening of the bottle in one nostril with the head tilted forward and press gently to let half of the solution flow out of the other nostril.


• Repeat the process on the other side using the remaining half of the solution.

Caution & warnings:

• Do not use if you have a complete stuffy nose.


• It is not recommended for use by those who are bedridden or children under five years of age.
