How To Use:

• For adults and children 12 years and older: Squeeze at least a 1-inch strip of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.


• Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening), or up to 3 times a day if recommended by your dentist.


• Make sure to gently brush all areas, especially sensitive spots.


• Spit out after brushing—don't swallow.


• For children under 12 years: Ask a dentist or doctor before using.

Warnings And Precautions:

• Stop using and see a dentist right away if sensitivity worsens or doesn't improve after 4 weeks, as it could signal a bigger dental issue that needs quick attention.


• Keep out of reach of children.


• This toothpaste might cause temporary surface staining on teeth (it's not harmful and can be brushed away or removed by your dentist), but it's specially made to help reduce this.


• Store below 86°F (30°C) and close the cap tightly after use to keep it fresh.


• Not for kids under 12 unless a dentist or doctor says it's okay.
