Product Description

Aciloc 40 mg contains omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that helps reduce stomach acid and relieve acid-related digestive conditions.

Indications

Used for the treatment of acid reflux (GERD), stomach and duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, H. pylori infection (with antibiotics), and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

How to Use

Take the capsule once daily, preferably in the morning, with water. Swallow whole without crushing or chewing.

Dosage & Administration

The dose is determined by your doctor according to your condition. Aciloc 40 mg may be prescribed when higher acid suppression is required.

Warnings & Precautions

Consult your doctor if you experience unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Long-term use may affect vitamin B12 and magnesium levels.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, and dizziness.

Drug Interactions

May interact with clopidogrel, digoxin, warfarin, phenytoin, methotrexate, tacrolimus, atazanavir, and nelfinavir.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are allergic to omeprazole or any of the product ingredients, or if you are taking nelfinavir.
