How to use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly
  
• Place the lens on your index finger
  
• Gently open both upper and lower eyelids
  
• Place the lens on the cornea

How to remove:

• Look upward and hold the upper eyelid
  
• Use your index finger to slide the lens down to the lower part of the eye
  
• Gently pinch the lens with your thumb and remove it without folding it
