How to Use:

• People weighing up to 80kg: Take 1 capsule with 200ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 1 capsule with 200ml of water in the evening before going to sleep.
• People weighing more than 80kg: Take 2 capsules with 200ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 2 capsules with 200ml of water in the evening before going to sleep.
