Hot to Use:

• For people with body weight up to 80 kg take 5 tablets daily 30 minutes prior exercise, for those between 80 kg and 100 kg of body weight take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes prior exercise and for those above 100 kg of body weight take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes prior exercise and 5 tablets 2 hours later. Wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed daily recommended daily dosage!
