How to Use:

• Mix 50 g (1 heaping scoop) of Opti-Mass Beef™ with 250-300 ml of water. Use a blender or hand held shaker Amix™. Have 1-3 servings daily, depends on physical activity, sports activity and diet. On training days we recommend preferentially after the exercise, other days between meals as a snack.
