  QuickGel with caffeine is a super concentrated high glycemic energy caffeine gel in a handy format to give you long-lasting energy during physical exercise.
  
  


• It combines 3 types of carbohydrates: mono-, olygo- and polysaccharides like glucose, maltose and highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) Cluster Dextrin®, enriched with taurine, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and magnesium to contribute to normal muscle function and help with reduction of tiredness, fatigue and cramps that appear in long duration sports.


• Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.


• The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.


• Food supplement with caffeine and flavour.

• Take 1 gel (45g) during final phase of your endurance sport performance. Wash down with 100ml of water.
