• 500 micrograms of folic acid which helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida when trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy.


• 150 micrograms of iodine to help support baby's brain development.


• Lower constipation iron.


• Odourless and concentrated fish oil, rich in DHA for baby's brain and nervous system development.

How To Use:

• Take 2 capsules once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.


• Take with food.
