How to use:

• After brushing your teeth

• The aligner method : suits patients with mouth guards , clear plastic retainers (Essix retainers) , whitening trays ,and clear aligners :

• The swish method : suits patients with enamel erosion, sensitive teeth, dry mouth , fixed aligners , and fixed retainers wearer :
