• The Trelstar brand of triptorelin is used in men to treat the symptoms of prostate cancer. Trelstar treats only the symptoms of prostate cancer and does not treat the cancer itself.

• Triptorelin works by blocking certain hormones in the body. Specifically, it tells the brain to ignore gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which is responsible for telling the body to start puberty.

Directions for Use:
