How to use:

• 
  STEP 1 - Bathe feet & dry thoroughly.
  


• 
  STEP 2 - Cut Molefoam® Padding to desired size & shape with scissors.
  


• 
  STEP 3 - Remove backing & apply to affected area. Do not place directly over blister or broken skin.
  


• 
  STEP 4 - For blisters or broken skin that need Molefoam protection – cut a piece to fit surrounding area.
