Product Description:

• Minoxidil 2% Cutaneous Solution is a topical scalp treatment indicated for androgenetic alopecia (hereditary hair loss) in adults.


• Applied directly to the scalp, it helps stimulate hair follicles to promote regrowth and reduce further hair loss.

How To Use:

• This medicine is intended for adults aged 18 to 65 years only.


• Use strictly as directed by your physician.


• For external use on the scalp only — do not apply to other areas of the body.


• Apply 1 mL (equivalent to 6 sprays) to the affected scalp area twice daily.


• Store at room temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F to 77°F).


• Keep away from heat sources and flammable materials.


• Keep out of reach of children.


• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.


• The expiry date refers to the last day of the stated month.

Warnings And Precautions:

Do not use this product if any of the following apply to you:

• You have a known allergy to Minoxidil or any other ingredient in this medicine.


• You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure or are currently receiving treatment for it.


• You have an active scalp condition such as psoriasis or sunburn in the area of application.


• Your hair loss is attributed to other causes, such as medication side effects or post-childbirth hormonal changes.


• Your scalp has been recently shaved or the skin barrier is compromised.


• You are required to wear a bandage or dressing over your scalp.

Consult your doctor before use if:

• You have any heart or blood vessel conditions.


• You are uncertain whether your scalp is in a healthy condition suitable for application.

Possible Side Effects:

• Stop use immediately and seek urgent medical attention if you experience any signs of a severe allergic reaction, including skin rash, hives, itching, blistering or peeling skin, wheezing, chest or throat tightness, difficulty breathing, swallowing or speaking, unusual hoarseness, or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Contact your doctor promptly if you notice any of the following:

• Signs of an allergic reaction


• Chest pain


• Heart palpitations or an abnormally rapid heartbeat


• Swelling of the hands or feet


• Feelings of faintness or dizziness

Drug Interactions:

• Inform your doctor of all medications you are currently taking.


• Minoxidil may interact with the following:


• Vasodilator medications used to manage blood pressure (e.g., Hydralazine)


• Topical corticosteroids applied to the scalp
