About Product

Product Overview:

  • Jext (Adrenalin) is used to treat severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to insect stings or bites, foods, drugs, and other allergens.

  • Epinephrine auto-injectors may be kept on hand for self-injection by a person with a history of severe allergic reaction.

  • Epinephrine is also used to treat exercise-induced anaphylaxis, or to treat low blood pressure that is caused by septic shock.

  • Adrenalin may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Key Features:

  • For severe anaphylactic reaction

  • Injects into the outer thigh muscle

  • Prevents dangerously low blood pressure

Directions for Use:

  • JEXT should be pushed firmly against the outer portion of the thigh into the largest part of the thigh muscle. It can be injected through clothes or directly through the skin. When you push JEXT firmly into your thigh, a spring activated plunger will be released, which pushes the hidden needle through the seal at the end of the black needle shield, into the thigh muscle and injects a dose of adrenaline.

  • A. Do not inject epinephrine into a vein or into the muscles of your buttocks, or it may not work as well. Inject it only into the fleshy outer portion of the thigh.

    • asthma medicine
    • cold or allergy medicine (Benadryl and others)
