• Neocate® Spoon is dairy-free, manufactured in a milk protein-free facility, contains no added soy oil, and is free from artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners. It is intended for oral feeding only and should always be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.


• This product is not intended as a sole source of nutrition. Infants should continue to receive breast milk or formula, while older children should consume additional foods or formula as recommended by their healthcare provider to ensure a complete and balanced diet.

How to Use:

• Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area.


• Step 2: Add 8 level scoops (37 g) of powder into a clean bowl.


• Step 3: Gradually add 2 fl oz (approximately 60 ml) of water while stirring until a smooth, spoonable consistency is achieved.


• Step 4: Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water if required. For a smaller serving, mix 4 scoops with 1 fl oz of water.


• Step 5: Serve immediately after preparation. Discard any unused prepared product after 1 hour.


• Step 6: Neocate® Spoon may be added to cooked dishes. Do not add to very hot foods or warm the prepared product.
