• Use a perfect body sponge that produces lather effectively to massage the shower gel over your body
There are two types of body sponge:
a. Synthetic body sponge produces great lather. They are available in different shapes and sizes. They are softer and made of plastic
b. Sea sponges are a natural product, they are mostly brown in color. Natural sea sponges contain natural enzymes that prevent bacteria, mildew, and mold from growing. They are also hypoallergenic
• Choose the body sponge, which suits you the most
• You can also use a loofah or a pouf for applying shower gel over your body
• Bath poufs are generally made of plastic or natural fibers, like bamboo. They come in many shapes and sizes and produce a lot of lather. They can exfoliate the skin and are gentler than loofahs
