Product Description

TREDIA contains Dimethyl Fumarate, a medicine used to treat relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults. It works by helping protect the brain and spinal cord from damage caused by the immune system, which may help reduce relapses and slow disease progression.

Uses

TREDIA is used for:

• Treatment of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS)


• Helping reduce the frequency of MS relapses


• Slowing the progression of disability associated with MS

How to Use

• Always take as prescribed by your doctor


• Starting dose: 120 mg twice daily for the first 7 days


• Maintenance dose: 240 mg twice daily


• For oral use


• Swallow capsules whole with water


• Do not crush, chew, or open capsules


• Take with food to reduce side effects

Warnings & Precautions

Consult your doctor before use if you have:

• Kidney disease


• Liver disease


• Stomach or intestinal disorders


• Serious infections

Important notes:

• Blood tests are required to monitor white blood cells, liver, and kidney function


• May increase risk of infections


• Avoid use with other medicines affecting the immune system unless prescribed


• Avoid live vaccines during treatment


• Avoid consuming strong alcohol (more than 30%) within 1 hour of taking the dose

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

• Do not use during pregnancy unless advised by your doctor


• Not recommended during breastfeeding
