Anzupgo 20 mg/g Cream contains delgocitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor that helps reduce inflammation and immune responses associated with chronic hand eczema. It is designed to relieve symptoms such as itching, pain, and skin irritation while improving overall skin condition.

Indications

Anzupgo is indicated for adults with moderate to severe chronic hand eczema when topical corticosteroids are not effective enough or are not suitable.

How to Use

Apply a thin layer of Anzupgo twice daily to clean, dry skin on the affected areas of the hands and wrists. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and nose.

Dosage & Administration

Apply twice daily as directed by your healthcare professional.

Treatment may continue until the skin becomes clear or nearly clear.

Consult your doctor if no improvement is seen after 12 weeks.

Warnings & Precautions

Do not use if you are allergic to delgocitinib or any of the ingredients. Not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or using other topical treatments on the affected skin.

Possible Side Effects

The most commonly reported side effects are application-site reactions, including pain, itching, redness, burning, or tingling sensations.
