• Set and Brighten the Under Eyes Laura's intentional, precision artistry technique that ensures concealer stays in place, with a silky-smooth, imperceptible texture, creating a softly lit, awakened look under the eyes.​How to Apply​:
• After applying concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush like Secret Brightening Powder Brush.
• ​Tap brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles.​
• Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer.​
