How to use:

• Step 1: Apply Teddy Tint to clean, dry lips. Start at the cupid's bow, outline the lips, then fill them in. Use one layer for a sheer tint, two layers for a soft blurred look, or three layers for bold colour.


• Step 2: Allow the formula to dry for up to 15 minutes to set. For a matching flush, dab a small amount onto the apples of your cheeks and blend.
