How To Use:

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE:

Use and feed as directed by your physician.

• Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow


• these instructions could result in severe harm. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should


• not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and


• supervised by your baby’s doctor.

1- Thoroughly wash the feeding container and all utensils, then boil for 5 minutes.

Set aside on a clean surface.

2- In a separate pan, heat water to a rolling boil for 5 minutes and allow it to cool.

3- Pour the correct amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilized feeding container.

4- Fill the enclosed scoop by pressing against the tin, then scrape level with the straight edge of a knife.

5- Add one level scoop of powder to each 60 mL of water. Mix until completely dissolved. Test temperature and feed.

6- Once the feeding begins, discard unused formula within 1 hour. Additional feedings may be stored in refrigerator (2 - 4 °C) for 24 hours.

Caution & Warnings:

STORAGE:

• Store unopened tin under normal room conditions (not to exceed 25 °C).


• Store opened tin with cover on, in a cool dry place (not in refrigerator) and use within 3 weeks.

WARNING:

• Never use a microwave oven to prepare or warm formula. Serious burns can result.
